We took the kids on a saturday to our city's fire station open house. They got to climb in the fire trucks, spray the hoses, sit in the back of a police car and watch a helicopter take off. All in all it was a great day!

We had a little party at my parent's house with some friends. Avery had fun with the cake and James had fun "helping" Avery open her presents.
